Thank you for shopping at OrganicPlus. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any consumed items must be returned following specific consumption proof guidelines. The item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

রিটার্নস
আপনি পণ্য প্রাপ্তির তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পন্য আইটেম ফেরত দিতে পারেন। রিটার্নের জন্য উপযুক্ত হতে, আপনার আইটেমটি নষ্ট হতে পারবেনা। ব্যবহার পরবর্তী যে কোন্ পন্য ফেরত পেতে নিদ্রিষ্ঠ নিয়মে খাওয়ার প্রমান প্রদান পূর্বক ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। এক্ষেত্রে আপনার আইটেমটির মূল প্যাকেজিংয থাকতে হবে।
রিফান্ডস
আমরা আপনার আইটেমটি পাওয়ার পরে, আমরা এটি পরিদর্শন করব এবং আপনাকে জানাব যে আমরা আপনার ফেরত দেওয়া আইটেমটি পেয়েছি। আইটেমটি পরিদর্শন করার পরে আমরা ৭-১০দিনের মাঝে আপনাকে আপনার রিফান্ড দেওয়ার জন্য ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করবো।
শিপিং
আপনার আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য শিপিং খরচ পরিশোধের দায়িত্ব আপনার থাকবে। শিপিং খরচ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। আপনি যদি রিফান্ড পান, তাহলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ আপনার রিফান্ড থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
